May: Mental Health Awareness Month

According to the national council of behavioral health, one in five US adults experiences a mental illness each year, and one in six US youth aged 6-27 experience a mental health disorder each year. These statistics show how important it is to keep our mental health in check and live a happy life. Hence, the month of May has been declared Mental Health Awareness Month to spread awareness about mental health problems, and how one can deal with them. Let’s agree that the COVID-19 pandemic has taken a toll on everybody’s mental health one way or another. This month is the perfect time to remind everyone that they are not alone, and there is still some hope left in this world. So, Happy Mental Health Awareness Month to you! I hope You and I, all can get through these hard times together, and come out stronger and better! #WeGotThis
